The ELB-14 type bean-type slag remover dedicated to electric furnaces is a device specially designed by our company for metallurgical environments. It can easily complete operations such as the removal of furnace lining bricks, the maintenance of steel tapping ports, and the overall disassembly of the furnace under harsh conditions of high temperature, much dust and flue gas.
This equipment adopts a double-beam base frame structure. The main unit is set up on the double-beam base frame. Under the control of the operator, it can be easily slid to the optimal working position. The working arm at the bottom of the main unit can rotate and extend 360 degrees, ensuring that the hammer head can be precisely positioned, thus making it easy to remove the refractory brick lining.
This equipment can not only remove the lining bricks above the slag line, but also quickly open the steel outlet of the electric furnace and thoroughly clean the furnace wall, steel outlet and furnace bottom. The operator can control it through the wireless controller, and there will be no delay during the use of the wireless controller.
This furnace disassembling machine can be put into use two hours after steel tapping. The overall temperature resistance capacity of the equipment is as high as 800°C, ensuring the stability and durability of the equipment in high-temperature environments.
